AI tools can support or generate creative work, but distribution eligibility still depends on rights, identity, honest presentation and release quality.
Confirm the commercial rights
The submitting party must have the rights needed to distribute and monetise every supplied element. Tool access alone does not automatically prove commercial permission.
Do not impersonate real people
Unauthorised voice cloning, real-artist impersonation and misleading identities are not permitted. There is no blanket permission for an AI-generated voice.
Describe the release honestly
Artist identities, contributors, titles and other metadata must be accurate. Mass-generated spam, copyright infringement and artificial streaming manipulation remain prohibited.
Every service can apply its own rules
Acceptance by Indigenous Tunes does not guarantee acceptance by every digital service. Platform-specific AI policies, territory rules and content standards may apply.
